There was miscommunication on my start date. I even called to ask when we were starting since my check cleared. The receptionist said, “oh, you are on the schedule today”. I had no idea and was not prepared. On the first day of work, my rep called and said to drill holes in my concrete ledge was going to be an extra $40 per hole, equaling about $500 more dollars. That wasn’t what we discussed in the original bid. Later, he called back and said he made an error and it was fine. He did apologize. Then, I had some higher quality bamboo on my old chain link. Jeff texted at the end to ask if I wanted to keep it. I was in meetings for a bit so I texted back about a couple of hours later that YES I wanted to keep it. When I got home the fence was done and no bamboo. They hauled it off. It was about $250 worth of material that my neighbor wanted. Lastly, walking around my back yard, I picked up 5 small white bags of those silicon gel packs (to prevent moisture). I’m so thankful I got to them before my dog. I ended up hunting in my backyard about an hour to make sure I got them all. If a dog ingests this, it could die. This might be something your team considers with the cleanup. I know I’ve listed several things here, but the fence does look great. The quality is there for sure. The process could have gone smoother, but I’m happy with the final product.
